Self-adhesive dibond hanger

These self-adhesive dibond hangers are suitable to hang a variety of flat panels including foam boards, photo blocks, glass, mirrors, plexiglass and acrylic frames. Each hanger comes with 2 clear spacers 12.5 mm x 12.5 mm x 5.7 mm.

Before affixing the dibond hanger clean the reverse of your acrylic or dibond panel with isopropyl alcohol. Do not use any other cleaning solution or solvent as this can compromise the adhesive. Once you've affixed the hanger to the reverse of the acrylic / dibond panel apply pressure for several minutes. Then leave the dibond hanger for 72 hours to bond to your panel before hanging it.

Bond strength is dependent upon the amount of adhesive-to-surface contact developed. Firm application pressure develops better adhesive contact and helps improve bond strength.

After application, the bond strength will increase as the adhesive flows onto the surface. At room temperature, approximately 50% of the ultimate strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100% after 72 hours.
